A messaging platform rebuilt for scale and long-term operation
Pixie has sent SMS campaigns for Scandinavian businesses since 2004. We rebuilt it around a multi-level queueing system that holds throughput steady under load, migrated the entire live customer base across, then took over operations end to end - monitoring, incident response and backing customer support.

From auction-house software to a SaaS platform
Effecta, a Swedish auction house running since 1983, needed to replace an aging platform. We rewrote the highest-stakes part first - the real-time bidding engine, where thousands of users watch a live lot and have seconds to counter - then rebuilt the back office and moved the whole thing to multi-tenant SaaS.

Pinpointer is a European waste logistics platform. We extended it with OpenAI-powered project guidance in the app, linked customer, transport and site invoice fields on deliveries, and connected Peppol despatch advice and Fortnox accounting - all without changing how field users work on web or mobile.

Generation Waste helps professional kitchens measure, analyse and reduce food waste. We built the whole product from the ground up - the tablet registration interface, backend, customer portal, analytics and reporting. Staff log kitchen, buffet and plate waste in seconds, and the platform turns it into cost, climate impact and waste per guest across every location.

A proven feedback platform, stabilised and expanded
Touchpoint measures customer experience on site: kiosk tablets in stores, receptions and gyms capture reactions in seconds, and a portal turns them into live KPIs per location. We took over the existing system, stabilised it, and grew it - BI, helpdesk and booking integrations, a public API, and an embeddable widget that made websites a new collection channel.

Medication reminders that work beyond the connection
Dose Medbox pairs a native mobile app with a Bluetooth smart pillbox. We built the app and the backend from the first product stage - dose planning, persistent reminders, refill tracking and family monitoring. The proximity logic is written from scratch: connections drop, and the app still has to warn before the box is left behind and keep reminding until the dose is confirmed.

Bärgarn started inside a towing business that ran on paper - but was conceived from day one as something other towing companies could use. We built both halves from scratch: a portal where managers create jobs, track them in real time and invoice on completion, and a mobile app drivers use from the road.

A Nordic finance team processing cross-border payments needed Airwallex and Fortnox to agree. We built near-real-time ingestion over signed webhooks and scheduled sync, matching against open invoices - with ambiguous matches routed to a review queue rather than guessed at.
